Refund & Cancellation Policy

Open your account and use "Manage billing or cancel". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep your paid limits until then, and you are not charged again.

• Charges for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, because a free tier lets you evaluate every tool before paying.
• We do refund duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, and periods where a fault on our side made the paid tools unusable.
• Where consumer law in your country gives you a stronger right to a refund or withdrawal, that law applies and overrides this policy.

Email support@claudewatermarkremove.net from your account email with the charge date and amount. We reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — it is usually faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.
