Claude Watermark Remover provides text tools: an AI humanizer, an invisible-character and watermark cleaner, and an AI text detector. Tools are offered on a free tier with daily limits and on paid subscription plans with higher limits.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Visitors may use a limited daily trial without an account; trials are tracked by a hashed IP identifier to prevent abuse.

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to process, including other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
• Use the tools to commit academic misconduct, fraud, impersonation, or to violate a third party's terms of service or policies.
• Abuse rate limits, bypass usage quotas, scrape the service, or run automated requests without written permission.
• Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement.

You are solely responsible for how you use the output. AI detection results are probabilistic estimates and are never proof of authorship.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
• All subscribers can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made for an elapsed period are non-refundable. See the refund policy.
• Prices and plan limits may change with notice for future billing periods.

You keep all rights to the text you submit and to the output you receive. We keep all rights to the service, software, branding and documentation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, or that cleaning, humanizing or detection results will meet any specific requirement or third-party standard.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse limits, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
